...TWICE!! Yep, we didn't even get half way through out neighborhood before the kids had to go home and dump their buckets. We have candy coming out of our ears! And there wasn't one piece of candy that wasn't keep-able, all good stuff...I love our neighborhood!

The kids were allowed to wear their costumes to school today for "Storybook Day" as long as it was a character from a book. (Can't you argue that ANYTHING could be in a book?) So Ashlyn picked Rapunzel, even though she didn't believe me that it was a story WAY before Disney turned it into a movie. And Blake went as his all time favorite series of books - Harry Potter. He read each one of them last year in 3rd grade and then he and Rick would watch the movie. Luckily he started in enough time that they were able to go opening weekend to see the last Harry Potter movie in the theater!

Here's the traditional "knock on our own door" sneaky move to surprise Dad. We always thought we were so funny as kids and now my kids enjoy it just as much. However, ours is USUALLY the last door we knock on, so Rick was surprised when it came so soon...we weren't even halfway done though.

Here they are with their loots trying to decide what to eat first...decisions, decisions!

Now that they're sound asleep it's time for Rick and I to decide what to eat first...hee hee!
