This weekend my sister and her two girls came to visit from Boise, we were SOOO excited to have them in town for a few days! We took the girls out to ride bikes...
And Shannon, Blake and I hit the BMX dirt track for a little while, but we don't have pictures to prove it because I left my memory card at home. It was WAY scarier than it looked and we had all the Jr. High kids who were riding giving us all kinds of pointers. We can't wait to try it again.
Then when Blake and Ashlyn were in school on Friday we took the girls over to Pioneer Park and tried to get a few cute pictures. They weren't very cooperative, but we got a couple of cute shots...I'm not sure if they are TRUE McDowells if they can't pose for a couple of quick pictures!
Saturday, before we STOMPED on the Huskies we took the crew over to the Ice-Burg Drive-In for old time sake. We use to go as kids when we would visit Grandma and Grandpa.
Then Sunday morning before they left we decided to make some Halloween cookies.
Thanks girls for coming, it sure is fun to live close enough that it doesn't require a cross country plane trip to see each other! One HUGE bonus of being back in the northwest!!!! See ya again in two weeks!
