We had the opportunity to go down to ANOTHER Duck game this weekend (Rick's 3rd and Blake and I's 2nd game of the season) and watch them STOMP on Colorado. It was 56-0 at half time but even though it was a blow out we had fun.
We had an awesome view of all the touch downs that were scored, but there was a guy in front of us that had a HUGE Oregon "O" that he held up and cheered after touch downs, so I have LOTS of pictures with his "O" that he held up as I snapped LOTS of my pictures.
We had end zone seats opposite the jumbo-tron in the 5th row, right behind the "R" on the field.
Since we ran away with the game from the beginning, scoring 2 touchdowns in the first 2 minutes, there wasn't a lot of cheering or whooping and hollering so we didn't even lose our voices. Blake and Rick got in a little "O" shouting though and a few hi-5's from people around us on the first few touch downs though.
After each touch down the cheerleaders ran down the end zone with the Oregon flag right in front of us. Blake noticed it was a different person who ran the flag each time, but there were soooo many touchdowns, a few cheerleaders had a chance to run it more than once.
My brother Travis keeps in touch with one of his roommates from UofO who has season tickets and was able to ride to Eugene with us and sit with him, pretty nice seats, eh?
When we were buying tickets for the game Ashlyn said she's rather have a day with Grandma Kathy instead of going....so she played games, baked cookies, went to lunch and saw Frankenweenie with Grandma and cousin Kayla. It was a fun weekend for all!
Then after the game Travis hung out with his friend Josh up in Portland until we came home the next morning, so we met up with them at the temple parking lot. We got there a few minutes before them so the kids were excited to walk around the grounds where we got married and get a few pictures taken. What a perfect ending to a fun weekend.

Glad you had fun eventhough I wasn't there. Devin said numerous times this weekend that we ARE going to a game next year. I can't wait!
