This weekend the kids and I went over to Boise to visit my sister and brother and their families, timing it to attend the Boise Temple Open House. The kids' favorite part was riding the shuttle bus from where we parked.
I've never been to an Open House so I jumped at the opportunity to take the kids. They were really excited and kept commenting on how fancy everything is. Ashlyn's favorite part was the bride room, she twirled around in front of the HUGE mirror and said she couldn't wait to get married in the temple.
I was surprised at how small the Boise Temple is since it looks so big from the outside, but it was beautiful! Thanks guys for going with us and hanging out with us for the weekend...glad we were FINALLY able to make a trip to Texas Roadhouse too!
