We went hiking at a trail along the Snake River that was really pretty...until Blake had to venture down a really steep hill. He promptly sat down and said he wasn't going down the hill and that he wanted to go back to Georgia and do some REAL hiking, aka a leisurely stroll down a FLAT paved path!
I told him to buck it up and get going, but Aunt Shannon was nice enough to go back up and help him back down...crying and shaking like crazy, he was really scared!
On the trail we got to cross Idaho's oldest railroad bridge that they've turned into a foot bridge, so I couldn't help stopping for a picture.
We took the kids to a jump house with their cousins.
Ashlyn attempted to pass along her newest favorite pass-time to her cousin Ryleigh, but since she'll only be 3 in May it didn't work out so well.We played lots of games including our favorite air hockey!
Uncle Travis took us all out for yummy icecream at one of their local favorites...
...and we ate outside bundled up because it was FREEZING cold! We did LOTS of shopping, some scrapbooking and had TONS of fun knowing we can just hop in the car when we want to hang out again instead of a cross country airplane ride like we use to. Thanks Travis and Shannon we had fun!

My Mom's side of the family is considering a reunion on the Oregon coast in 2014 and this post got me excited about it! I've never seen that part of the country but I know it's just gorgeous. Looks like you guys had a great time!!
And I can totally relate about being sad to have to make your car conform by getting a new plate. I was bummed about getting a UT plate last month... I think it helped me feel like a visitor when I still had my GA plate. But now, what am I?
