...winner's style! Yep, tonight was Blake's first Pinewood Derby and he won 2nd place and is headed to the City's Derby! Not to shabby for a first timer eh? The snake theme came from having to figure out how to add the tubed weights Rick bought to get the car the closest to 5 oz without going over...his weighed in at 4.85 oz. Guess the snake could've been a little longer.
Unfortunately it was during Young Women's that I have to go to now and I was only able to be there for the weigh ins and didn't seen anything but his practice run.
But I'll be there with camera in hand May 5th for the City Derby....stay tuned!
