We finally were able to get down to Jacksonville to take the kids to use their birthday gift cards at Toys'R'Us this weekend...only to find out it's closed and the building is for sale. So we went to another location - same thing! Third time's a charm though, the Orange Park location paid off and we were able to get some shopping done!
Ashlyn picked out the Sleeping Beauty version of the Pretty Princess game...a must have for ALL little girls! Dad has yet to play however...he got out of it by explaining that Heavenly Father doesn't like it when we dress up like somebody of the opposite sex. (I think he'd see it as some father-daughter bonding time personally!)
And she's gotten in trouble MANY times this past week for getting the flashlight out and hiding somewhere to play with it...she had enough money to buy one of her own.
Blake of course headed straight for the PlayStation games and ended up with ANOTHER racing game that he's having fun with, along with Tony Stewart's new #14 car.
