We are excited to share pictures of our first REALLY good boogie boardin' trip of the year. It was a wonderful 85 degrees outside, 75 degree water and not a cloud in the sky. We stayed and played for about 4 hours and the kids were STILL grouchy when it was time to head home
We were even able to convince Ashlyn to take a stab at riding some waves. Blake learned how to board the summer he turned 3...Ashlyn's will be 4 in a couple of weeks. However, once we got her out there she had a blast and actually caught on faster than Blake. Notice the rope is attached to Daddy rather than Ashlyn. We attach it to our wrist when they are learning so we can line them up just right for the waves and VIOLA off they go!
We can't WAIT for those of you who are coming in July...it'll be here before ya know it! Daytona here we come!

I am so jealous!! I can't wait to come visit! Let me just tell you that I already have an amazing tan! I was out all day thursday playing tennis (it started as a nasty sunburn) but man do I look good now!!
Tana, so you have a farmer's tan?
Oooo, farmer's tan is embarrassing! Don't worry we'll take care of that for you. Maybe ya won't stick out like such a tourist if ya got a good start on it. :) Or ya could plan on always standing near Dad and the reflection of his bright white legs blinding everybody will distract them from the farmer's tan. :)
I don't have a farmers tan any more because I was out swimming the other day so I have a nice swim suit tan now!! Although if I don't keep sitting out in my swim suit I will have a farmers tan so I might have to stand with Dad or Nathan. Nathan has a horrible farmers tan since he works outside all day. I think everyone will be distracted by Dad and Nathan they wont notice me!!
