Yummy Bread!

I am sooo excited to show off my first loaves of homemade bread that were made by my hands and my hands only - no bread machine here baby! Friday night we had our monthly Enrichment cooking group and it was to learn to make bread and boy were we all sick from tasting it all when we were done. They aren't as pretty as the ones my friend did for the class, but not too shabby for my first try - they're suppose to be round loaves, Rick was a little worried when he first saw them. Next I'm going to try homemade focacia bread and take it from me (as long as it turns out) this recipie beats any bread that I've had at a restraunt. I'll let you know how it turns out and share the recipe with ya when I make it to go along with spaghetti one night this week.
