Blake is playing on the school basketball team again this year and is happy to report that he made the A team. Last week they played Rogers, one of the private schools in town. The 1st quarter was a little scary and we thought they were going to cream us...but our boys got their act together and we ended up beating them 31-21.
We laughed when Blake was assigned to guard this kid...
...Blake has ALWAYS been the tallest kid on both teams until this year. Blake wasn't intimidated by him at all and did a great job never letting him score...but Blake scored twice on him! We sure are excited for basketball season and can't wait to watch more games throughout the season.
