New Use For Our Boogie Boards

This was the intentional use of our boogie boards when we bought them years ago in Georgia....

 However, since we are FAR from sunny weather and the beaches these days, this is what has become of them.....

You got it, our Georgia Peaches took their boogie boards and hit the slopes for an afternoon of "sledding" Harrison style.

The slick bottom of the boogie boards FLEW down the hill and got a thin layer of ice on the bottom making them go even FASTER!

 (This is right before Grandpa biffed it)

 We grooved the trail down so well that we got a jump towards the bottom and got airborne MANY times!

Not sure which use for our boards is more fun....we sure loved riding the waves, but had just as much fun on the slopes today!

Then we headed home for dinner, our traditional Night Before Christmas Game, reading the Christmas Story and watching a fun video of kids acting out the Christmas story,

and opening the kids' new pajamas....Grandma even lucked out and got to open some!

We sure had a fun Christmas Eve today, spending time with family....now if we could just get the kids to fall asleep!
