Ashlyn is soooo excited about Valentine's Day! This year since she's in school for the first time it means she gets to fill out all the little cards to give all of her classmates. She was hard at work this afternoon to get them all done...Princess and the Frog was the ones she finally decided on along with a fruit roll-up for the attached treat. However, my grandmother passed away this weekend and we're headed out of town for the funeral which means she won't be at school the day of her party...haven't had the heart to break it to her yet.

Sorry about your grandmother. Is this the one you were just spending time with? I hope the funeral and everything goes well. I'm sure Ashlyn will understand.
Yep it was. She was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer the beginning of January and went down hill fast. She happened to be in Atlanta rather than my parent's house in Montanta, so we were glad we were able to go up and visit last week.
