Ashlyn finished her softball season on Saturday...the season always goes by way too fast. She had a blast developing her skills and playing with a great group of girls.
She was excited to get to play a lot of 2nd and 3rd base as well as short stop.
Sadly, more than half of her team will move on next year to the next age level, so it will be a different group of girls to play with.
They made it to the quarter finals of the City Tournament and ended up losing to the team they creamed every time they played them this season.
But ice cream helped to soften the blow....they were pretty bummed expecting to win without any problems and head to the final game. She is excited to participate in a softball camp this summer with the high school softball coach and a few friends.
