Ashlyn and her "boyfriend" Lucas sitting and watching their big brothers' basketball game. He's the coach's younger son and since the beginning of soccer he's had quite the little crush on Ashlyn. So as soon as we walked in for the first day of basketball Lucas was all about Ashlyn. So they either both sit with us or both sit with Lucas' mom and share their treats that they bought at the snack shack. Tonight it was popcorn, which Ashlyn is showing you in such a lady-like manner and Lucus' Nerds liccorice rope. He always says the cutest things about her - "Mom, isn't she soooo beautiful!" or "Mom, I think she likes me."
Blake's (#11) playing defense, something that he's gotten the hang of pretty well. I have to admit that his team is getting better each week. Blake even made five baskets tonight - however four of them where before the game and one was after - but hey, it's some progress!
