Snow Day

With all the talk of "Snowmageddon" back East we were feeling left out, so we decided to head up to Andy's Prairie for a day in the snow.
It was a beautiful day up there! No wind, sun was shinning and it was in the 40's, couldn't have asked for better conditions. It did dump a ton of snow on us for about a half hour, but cleared up quickly.
The kids had a blast and ran up/down the hill all afternoon.
It was pretty funny to watch them crash at the bottom...but they laughed just as hard at us when we wiped out.
Rick and I didn't go down as many times as the kids would've like, but we took our fair share of rides....
...and have the pictures to prove it....
Ashlyn couldn't help making snow angels even though the snow came up to her waist!
Blake took a break and lounged during the big snow fall to relax a bit...
It was a fun day, can't wait to go again!
Hoping to talk Aunt Shannon, Uncle Devin and the kids into going when they come in a few weeks.
