Blake's school has ANOTHER new band teacher this year. Mr. Morasch grew up in Walla Walla and is excited to be back home. His wife is the new kindergarten teacher at the school I am working at this semester, so we hope they are here to stay and can help our district build a strong music program.
They played a handful of songs, but here are just two...ignore the ugly back ground and the TERRIBLE acoustic since they are preforming in our gym. Our district is in the middle of building a brand new school and everything is a major construction zone right now.
We are excited to see how Mr. Morasch challenges these students and develops their talents in the next few years. They are excited to be done with the concert and begin a tradition of his of having a pancake feed in class the next day after a concert and starting new music after Christmas break.
