Today Blake's class had a field trip to the Pumpkin Patch and he wanted mom and Ashlyn to come along. Boy was it different wearing shorts and sandals and sweatin' like crazy at the Pumpkin Patch instead of wearing sweatshirts and worrying about the rain! The kids had a blast though. We got to go on a hayride, go through the corn maze, feed catfish at the pond, play lots of fun games and go through the petting zoo.
Here's Blake and Ashlyn with the pumpkin that Blake picked, too bad we couldn't carry the one they're sitting on back to the car - that would've been a fun one!
Ashlyn has never seen farms animals and man was she funny today! She had a blast and wouldn't leave the petting zoo area when it was time to move on. The piggies were her favorite!
